The Respective Command (Duke pdf)

Lesson 11 from "Learn Thamil Through English" on the Duke University page. Direct download link to the lessons pdf.

When making a polite request/command, we don't use the same regular command form.
The Tamil Respective Command is created by adding -ங்கள் to the verb root.
Verbs ending in இ and ஐ take -யுங்கள்  added to the verb root.
Verbs ending in a consonant, double the consonant before adding -ங்கள் to the verb root.
* The Duke pdf uses exclamation points (!) to denote a command sentence.
